after function test fine, then turn on and keep working 48 hours aging test
Packing& shipping
after 100% QC inspection and make sure everything fine. then packing with wooden case/flight case, safty enough for oversea shipping

First, Only use LG, SAMSUNG, BOE, AU etc top brand LCD Second, we will IQC one by one, 100% fully test and inspection for core parts
IQC before assemble
QC will inspect the raw material before assemble, make sure we assemble with good quality material
48 Hours aging testing
After unit assembled, will buring on for non-stop 48 hours aging testing, make sure electronics 100% works fine
Final IQC digital signage
after digital signage assembled, will be final inspect. outdoor signage will test with IP55/IP65 water proof test, high temp test, high voltage test
